We strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns are not required for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items unless specifically requested by us.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
